Sponsorship Opportunities at Access 2018

We rely on the support of sponsors to help keep registration costs affordable and to provide attendees with great meals and a few excellent social events. Access 2018 sponsors will enjoy many benefits, including recognition in promotional materials and wide exposure among conference attendees. This year’s conference offers the following ways for sponsors to contribute.

Opportunities:

Keynote Speakers $2,000 commitment (1 opportunity)	sponsors will be thanked during the keynote speaker event, and credited on the conference website and social media
Diversity Bursaries $2,500 commitment (2 opportunities – no more opportunities left)	sponsors will be thanked at the conference welcome and farewell, and credited on the conference website and social media
Social Events $2,000 commitment (2 opportunities)	additional recognition provided with logo placement during the social event
Lunch $1,500 commitment (2 opportunities)	additional recognition provided with logo placement at the refreshment table during the meal
Technical support for live stream $1,000 commitment (3 opportunities)	sponsors will be thanked at the conference welcome and farewell
Breakfast $1,000 commitment (2 opportunities) $500 commitment (4 opportunities)	additional recognition provided with logo placement at the refreshment table during the meal
Nutrition Breaks $1,000 commitment (4 opportunities) $500 commitment (8 opportunities)	additional recognition provided with logo placement at the refreshment table during the break
Hackfest $1,000 commitment (2 opportunities – no more opportunities left)	additional recognition provided with logo placement during the Hackathon on October 12.

ADAMANTIUM $2500+ recognition of your participation in all Access conference marketing logo prominently featured on Access homepage and sponsorship banner, to be displayed during entire conference mention by the conference chair in opening and closing remarks highest rotation in sponsor slideshow displayed between sessions

GOLD $1500 recognition of your participation in all Access conference marketing logo featured on Access homepage mention by the conference chair in opening and closing remarks high rotation in sponsor slideshow displayed between sessions

SILVER $1000 recognition of your participation in all Access conference marketing logo featured on Access Sponsors web page high rotation sponsor slideshow displayed between sessions

BRONZE $500 recognition of your participation in all Access conference marketing logo featured on Access Sponsors web page inclusion in sponsor slideshow displayed between sessions
