Access 2017 will be held at the Saskatoon Sheraton Cavalier hotel. We have reserved a block of rooms at the conference rate for Access attendees, use this link – Access 2017 Conference hotel booking – to book your room. Please note, the conference fee is no longer available, but you can use this link to modify or cancel your reservation any time.
The conference rate will only be available until August 14, 2017. Access guest rates at the Sheraton are $169 for both Traditional Single and Traditional Double Queen rooms.
Access attendees staying at the Sheraton will enjoy free underground parking and access to all of the amenities of the hotel including high-speed internet and WiFi in all guest and meeting rooms and the water park/water slides. Regular parking rates are $15 per day. The Sheraton staff can help arrange transportation to the airport for a fee.
The conference hotel is located in downtown Saskatoon next to the South Saskatchewan River with easy access to running trails, restaurants, shopping, and the University of Saskatchewan campus.
The Sheraton is connected to the James Hotel, a boutique hotel under the same management. You may choose to book a room here, at the Delta Bessborough Hotel, the Radisson, or the Hotel Senator. They are all within easy walking distance of the conference hotel but do not have rooms reserved for Access attendees.
