Online registration for the conference is being handled through Carleton University. Once you have successfully registered, you will receive both a confirmation and a receipt by email. Note that if you do not receive the receipt, your payment has not gone through and you are not registered.
Registration Fee: Remote Attendance (no longer available)
The remote registration fee helps with the extra cost of providing the remote option, which is higher than the traditional conference livestream.

Speaker Registration (attending remotely)
We’re keeping our remote fee low, so there is no discount for speakers who are presenting remotely. You don’t have to wait to receive a code before registering.
Cancellation / Refund Policy
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for cancelled remote registrations.
Registration Fees: In-person Attendance (no longer available)
The Registration fee includes full access to the the half-day Hackfest and workshops and the two day conference at Carleton University. Breakfast and lunch, as well as drinks and snacks during the morning and afternoon breaks, will be provided for both days of the conference. Registration also includes social events.

Speakers who are presenting in-person will receive an email with a special registration code that gives your the rate listed above. Please wait to register until you receive your code!
Cancellation / Refund Policy
Cancel your registration by emailing accesslibcon@gmail.com. If you cancel before September 26, 2022, you’ll receive a full refund, less a $25.00 administrative fee.
Changing From In-Person to Remote Attendance
We know that things continue to be uncertain and you may no longer be able to attend the conference in-person, but want to attend remotely. Details on switching your registration are at the bottom of our COVID information page.
In-Person Attendance: COVID Protections
