Changing From In-Person to Remote Attendance

We know that things continue to be uncertain and you may no longer be able to attend the conference in-person, but want to attend remotely. We’re still working out the details of exactly what the process will be, but email us at accesslibcon@gmail.com if you want to switch your registration from in-person to remote. (Once we have a process in place, we will add those details here.)

In-Person Attendance: COVID Protections

All in-person attendees will have to follow any COVID protections in place on the Carleton University campus at the time of the conference. See our COVID information page for full details.

Registration Fee: Remote Attendance

The remote registration fee helps with the extra cost of providing the remote option, which is higher than the traditional conference livestream. We’re hoping to have a few extras for remote attendees as well (no sloth cam this year though).

CategoryCostDates
Remote Registration$25 + HSTJuly 12 – Oct 7
Speaker Registration$25 + HSTJuly 12 – Oct 7

*Above rates are in Canadian Dollars.

Speaker Registration (attending remotely)

We’re keeping our remote fee low, so there is no discount for speakers who are presenting remotely. You don’t have to wait to receive a code before registering.

Cancellation / Refund Policy

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for cancelled remote registrations.
